Job Description

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday; training is 100% onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule.

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in financial crimes, compliance, operational risk, fraud investigations, law enforcement, or military-related experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in financial crimes, fraud investigations, AML, compliance, operational risk, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing information, reviewing evidence, investigating incidents, or documenting findings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to complete a background check and required pre-employment assessments.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ during training and transition to a hybrid schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial fraud investigations, AML, BSA, transaction monitoring, or banking compliance.
• Experience identifying suspicious transactions, investigating fraud patterns, or assessing risk.
• Law enforcement or military experience involving investigations, risk assessment, or compliance.
