You will:

• Draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
\n
• Handle declaratory judgment actions
\n
• Manage litigation through motion practice and discovery
\n
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions
\n
• Work directly with sophisticated insurer clients
\n
